Code Of Conduct


    The Company's code of conduct are as follow :

    1. Compliance to Company Regulation Company Regullations must be upheld and complied with by all employees and staffs. Violation of any rules or orders may result in warnings through to termination of employment.
    2. Obligation to maintain company confidentiality All employees and staffs must not disclose any information that could negatively affect the Company.

    The Company Code of Conduct applies to all levels of the company and is expected to be committed and accountable in conducting the code of ethics consistently.

    Every employee of the Company is prohibited from divulging Company secrets, including leaking financial reports and corporate action plans to be taken by the Company to unauthorized parties/should be in accordance with existing regulations. This is in accordance with the Company's Code of Ethics.

    The Code of Ethics is disseminated to staff via email or verbally. If violations are found, sanctions will be imposed up to termination of employment.
    The Company supports fair business competition, all forms of acts of corruption or fraud committed by each of the Company's employees will be given strict sanctions.
