    Product research and development is one of the Company's main concerns, especially in supporting its efforts to compete in the market.
    The Company is fully aware that most of its products are affected much by the market trend, especially plastic houseware and non-stick aluminium cookware. Therefore, flexibility to market change is an important factor for surviving in the high competitive market. With continuous product research and development, the Company can swiftly adjust to change.

    Training and Education

    The Company is fully aware that its achievements can not be separated from the support of human resources. From the management to the workers, each has given support and contribution according to everyone's own field. This is why the Company always emphasizes the
    importance of training and education, both on the job training and any education or courses outside the Company that can enhance the knowledge and skill of all employees.

    During 2025, the Company actively participates in training and education activities, which held in the Company and outside the Company training and education provided include taxation, accounting, technical production and human resource development.

    Employees' Health and Welfare

    The Company always considers all employees as main partners in reaching the goal. Training and education are important but knowledge and skill are nothing without health and motivation. Therefore, the employees' health and welfare have become an important factor. Related to this matter, the Company provides a health clinic with permanent doctors and medicine. The employees' daily needs are provided by
    a cooperation store “Wahana Makmur” which was established in 1996.
